This Baldivis block came to us straight after handover from the developer — a rough, unlevelled pad with a slope across one corner that needed correcting before the builder's pad drawing could be signed off.
We brought sand pad fill in over two loads, spread and shaped it to the required finished level, then compacted in stages with a plate roller. Levels were checked throughout rather than just at the end, which is where a lot of DIY and dry-hire pads come unstuck.
The block was handed over tidy, with tyre ruts smoothed off the verge and no offcuts left behind — ready for the builder's site start without a follow-up visit.
