An older Rockingham block with years of scrub growth, a collapsed garden shed and a decent pile of general yard debris along the back fence line — the kind of clearing job that looks bigger than it is once you're standing in it.
We pushed the vegetation and debris into a manageable stockpile, separated anything that needed a different disposal path, and loaded the rest out the same day. Fence lines and the neighbouring boundary were worked around carefully given the tight access on one side.
The block was left level and clear, with the access laneway swept down before we left — set up for whatever comes next, whether that's a builder, a landscaper or just a tidier backyard.
